We had an ongoing contract with Tax Help MD starting in late 2013. With help from their leadership we were able to walk the site through three different iterations to reach the final look and feel, which is built in Wordpress utilizing several powerful plugins and add-ons. The site, running Google Analytis, AdSense and AdWords, was generating 10K unique vists a week as of December 2014.

We also built a backend application, based on Velocify, to add market automation to the site. The site currently is set up to respond faster and more personally, with built in complex forms feeding the back end and eliminating about two-thirds of the previous customer support and data entry required to convert the lead. Lead nurturing and follow up are also automated in their back end.
